We partnered with leading day-case hospital 152 Harley Street for over 12 months. We were tasked with a mission to increase referrals between Clinicians and Specialists, increase patient bookings and improve the customer-experience by re-designing and managing the hospital’s front-office, digital and booking management systems.
Within 8+ months our brand, growth marketing and internal initiatives led to a 25% increase of practitioners working at the hospital, increasing the Consultant roster to 45+ Specialists.
At the same time, a brand refresh, web and mobile site re-design, digital analytics and content marketing initiatives, positively impacted the customer-experience. An increase in new patient bookings (for a mix of procedures and treatments) saw a 30% increase in revenues during the same period.
